Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for the Pro plan. We strongly encourage you to fully evaluate the features during this period before your subscription begins.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and software subscriptions, we generally do not offer refunds after the trial period. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent the extension from functioning, which we cannot resolve
• Duplicate purchases
• Unauthorized transactions (please also contact your bank)

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to [email protected].

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email [email protected]
2. Include your Gumroad order number or email used for purchase
3. Describe the reason for your refund request

Refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Via the Gumroad customer portal (link in your purchase confirmation email)
• By contacting [email protected]

Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

5. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan with all its features.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback), your license will be immediately deactivated. Please contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
